Authentic ticketing operations, consumer guarantees, compliance verification, and 24/7 dedicated support.
ArenaEventNow LLC is an independent premier Pro Basketball ticket marketplace and verification technology provider. We deliver guaranteed, turnstile-authentic tickets for all 30 NBA franchises through cutting-edge 360° venue visualization, dynamic anti-counterfeit QR passes, and instant Apple & Google Wallet integration.
At ArenaEventNow LLC, we believe that attending a National Basketball Association game should be an exhilarating and transparent experience from the first click. Traditional secondary ticketing platforms often obscure seat angles, charge opaque convenience markups, and deliver static screenshots that can be rejected at stadium turnstiles.
We built ARENAEVENTNOW.COM from the ground up to solve these pain points. Our proprietary SVG stadium engine renders authentic arena layouts with continuous zoom up to 700%, giving fans exact sightlines toward center court before purchasing. Furthermore, every ticket is paired with a cryptographic verification token and dynamic gate laser scanner presentation, ensuring rapid, seamless entry at all pro basketball arenas.
Buying authentic Pro Basketball tickets is fast, intuitive, and secure. Follow these 4 simple steps to secure your seats and enter the arena.
Browse through over 1,000 scheduled Pro Basketball games synchronized in real-time via the Ticketmaster Discovery API v2. Use smart filters to search by team, arena, date (Today, This Weekend, Monthly, or Next 7/30/90 Days), or matchup title with instant search indexing.
Open our interactive arena seating map with dual Level-Of-Detail (LOD) transitions. Zoom up to 700% into specific sections, inspect individual chair dots oriented toward center court, and select your preferred seats with live pricing.
Authorize your order in seconds using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Viva.com Smart Checkout. All transactions are protected by 256-bit bank-grade encryption and 3D Secure 2.0 fraud verification.
Immediately receive your scannable digital gate pass with sweeping laser QR animation and turnstile barcode. Add your pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with a single tap, or open your verified link at stadium turnstiles.
Every ticket sold on ARENAEVENTNOW.COM by ArenaEventNow LLC is backed by our comprehensive, legally binding 100% Buyer Protection Policy. Order with total peace of mind.
Every secondary ticket is verified for arena turnstile compatibility and backed by our 100% money-back guarantee for valid arena gate admission.
Digital tickets and scannable passes are generated immediately upon payment confirmation and accessible 24/7 in your account.
You will always receive the exact section, row, and seats you selected on our stadium map—never relocated to an inferior tier.
If a Pro Basketball game is officially cancelled without reschedule, you will receive a full 100% refund of the total purchase amount, including all service fees.
Our Server-Sent Events (SSE) live push engine locks seats in real-time to completely eliminate duplicate sales or contested tickets.
To process a gate denial guarantee claim, buyers must submit verifiable evidence of turnstile denial to [email protected] within 5 calendar days following the scheduled event date:
Transparent breakdown of refundability terms across all transaction types and event outcomes:

ARENAEVENTNOW.COM is operated by ArenaEventNow LLC as an independent secondary marketplace platform and payment facilitator. In the rare event of an invalid barcode, duplicated pass, or delivery delay, our 100% Buyer Guarantee provides immediate protection: (1) Our game-day priority dispatch team will promptly issue comparable or upgraded replacement seats at $0 additional cost; OR (2) If replacement seats cannot be secured before tip-off, you receive an immediate 100% full refund covering both the ticket face value and 100% of all service fees and taxes.

Last updated: January 1, 2026. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or purchasing tickets on ARENAEVENTNOW.COM.
Welcome to ARENAEVENTNOW.COM (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by ArenaEventNow LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (Delaware Division of Corporations File #6819402, Federal EIN 47-3829105), with registered offices at 1000 N West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA, and customer service telephone +1 (646) 316-9839. ArenaEventNow LLC operates as the payment facilitator and legal merchant of record for all consumer orders processed on ARENAEVENTNOW.COM. By accessing the Platform, purchasing tickets, or using our digital gate passes, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Platform Role: ARENAEVENTNOW.COM is an independent secondary ticket marketplace and event visualization platform. ArenaEventNow LLC acts as an independent marketplace facilitator connecting ticket purchasers with secondary market ticket allocations. ArenaEventNow LLC is not the primary box office, venue operator, promoter, or an affiliated entity of the National Basketball Association (NBA) or any NBA member franchise.
Ticket Sourcing: Tickets made available on this Platform are secondary resale allocations sourced from verified sellers, including: (a) verified season ticket holders and personal seat license (PSL) owners; (b) licensed professional ticket brokers and commercial resale entities; and (c) corporate sponsors and institutional hospitality allocations. Ticket prices on this secondary exchange reflect real-time market demand and may be above or below the original face value printed on the ticket.
Binding Guarantee: While original allocations originate from verified secondary sources, ArenaEventNow LLC provides the direct, legally binding 100% Buyer Guarantee for all transactions. ArenaEventNow LLC takes full responsibility for payment authorization, gate authenticity verification, turnstile delivery, customer service, dispute resolution, and 100% refunds under our guarantee.
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The total price displayed on the checkout screen includes the ticket purchase price, all applicable service fees, and taxes before you authorize payment. By submitting payment details, you authorize ArenaEventNow LLC or its designated PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Viva Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) to charge your payment method for the full authorized order amount.
Orders are confirmed immediately upon successful fraud verification and 3D Secure 2.0 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). All tickets are issued as gate-ready digital passes accessible via your user dashboard, registered email confirmation, and instant 1-tap save to Apple Wallet (.pkpass) and Google Wallet. Physical ticket delivery is not required. Each mobile pass contains a cryptographic verification token and dynamic optical gate presentation engineered for arena turnstiles.
All ticket sales on ARENAEVENTNOW.COM are final once authorized, except as expressly provided in our 100% Buyer Guarantee:
Mandatory Pre-Dispute Notification: Buyers expressly agree that prior to initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or retrieval request with their credit card issuing bank or payment network (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Viva Payments), they must submit a formal Notice of Dispute to [email protected] or telephone +1 (646) 316-9839.
Expedited Guarantee vs. Bank Holds: Because ArenaEventNow LLC provides a comprehensive 100% Buyer Guarantee with expedited 3–5 business day claim resolution, filing a premature bank chargeback delays resolution (bank investigation cycles take 30–90 days). Filing an unfounded dispute for tickets that venue turnstile records confirm were scanned and admitted constitutes fraud. In such cases, ArenaEventNow LLC reserves the right to submit gate scan audit logs, cryptographic device telemetry, and IP verification records to the card issuer, suspend the buyer's account, and pursue legal recovery of disputed amounts plus administrative fees.
Users agree not to use automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or exploits to harvest ticket inventory, circumvent seat hold timers, bypass rate limits, or engage in unauthorized bulk reselling. Any attempt to tamper with our Server-Sent Events (SSE) seat stream, cryptographic verification tokens, or payment gateways will result in immediate permanent account termination and order cancellation without refund.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of ARENAEVENTNOW.COM shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, ticket orders, or the 100% Buyer Guarantee that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New Castle County, Delaware, or may be conducted virtually via telephone or video conference at the consumer's request.
CLASS-ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND ARENAEVENTNOW LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
30-Day Informal Negotiation: Before initiating arbitration, the claimant must provide written Notice of Dispute to [email protected]. Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally for 30 calendar days before initiating arbitration.
Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in New Castle County, Delaware, or in the consumer's county of residence, provided the claim falls within the jurisdictional limits of such court.
