Marketplace Facilitator & Ticket Sourcing Disclosure
arenaeventnow.com is an independent secondary ticket marketplace and event technology platform operated by ArenaEventNow LLC (Delaware Division of Corporations File #6819402, Federal EIN 47-3829105). ArenaEventNow LLC acts as the marketplace facilitator, payment processor, and legal merchant of record. We are not the primary box office, venue operator, or affiliated with the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Tickets available on this platform are secondary market allocations sourced from verified sellers, including: (a) verified season ticket and personal seat license (PSL) holders; (b) licensed professional ticket brokers and commercial inventory resellers; and (c) corporate sponsors and institutional hospitality allocations. Regardless of inventory source, ArenaEventNow LLC provides the direct, legally binding 100% Buyer Guarantee and takes full responsibility for payment authorization, gate authenticity verification, turnstile delivery, customer service, dispute resolution, and 100% refunds.
Turnstile Gate Invalidation & Failure Protocol
In the extremely rare event that a ticket barcode is invalid, already scanned by an unauthorized third party, duplicated, or not delivered prior to scheduled tip-off, our Turnstile Rapid Resolution Protocol immediately activates:
- Priority Seat Replacement: Our game-day operations team will immediately source and issue comparable or upgraded replacement tickets in an equal or superior section at $0 additional cost.
- 100% Full Money-Back Refund: If suitable replacement tickets cannot be secured before tip-off, or if arena turnstile entry was denied and verified, the buyer receives an immediate 100% refund covering both the ticket face value and 100% of all service fees and taxes.
Evidence Requirements & 5-Day Claim Deadline
To ensure rapid processing and fraud prevention, claims relating to gate entry denial must be submitted to [email protected] within 5 calendar days following the conclusion of the scheduled event with verifiable documentation:
- A clear photograph of the arena optical turnstile scanner displaying the barcode rejection message; OR
- A signed or stamped turnstile denial slip / problem-ticket report issued by the arena box office; OR
- A verified venue ticketing system confirmation verifying the barcode was invalid, duplicated, or previously scanned.
Once verified, refunds are credited directly to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Postponed or Rescheduled Games
If a Pro Basketball match is postponed or rescheduled to a different date or time:
- Your digital mobile passes remain 100% valid for entry on the rescheduled date. No action is required on your part.
- Because tickets remain valid for the new date, refunds are not offered for rescheduled events unless the rescheduled date is permanently cancelled.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you can transfer your verified digital pass to guests with a single tap.
Pre-Dispute Agreement & Chargeback Policy
Buyers agree that prior to initiating any bank chargeback or card network dispute, they will contact our specialized claims team at [email protected] or call +1 (646) 316-9839. Under our 100% Buyer Guarantee, legitimate gate issues and cancellations are resolved and refunded in 3–5 business days—far faster than credit card dispute processes (30–90 days).
